Israeli gangster state now robbing banks

Israeli forces raided a Jordanian-owned bank and 14 foreign exchange offices in the occupied West Bank on Wednesday, the BBC reported. An army spokeswoman said Israeli troops confiscated about 5m shekels ($1.2m) and 170,000 Jordanian dinars ($240,000) in raids on premises in Nablus, Jenin, Tulkam and Ramallah.

The spokeswoman claimed that the money had mostly come from Syria and Iran and was intended to fund the Palestinian resistance groups Hamas and the Islamic Jihad. Palestinian officials said that millions of dollars, hundreds of documents and files were stolen in the early morning raids. More than eight currency exchange offices and a bank were destroyed in the operation, the Israeli army said.
